Core Value 1 - The faculty are dedicated to providing excellence in Radiologic Sciences education.
- Goal 1.1 The Department of Radiologic Sciences will continuously monitor resources and facilities to promote excellence in teaching.
- Stgy 1.1.1 Pursue the acquisition of a PACS system to be used in collaboration with other health professions.
Stgy 1.1.2. Pursue the acquisition of laboratory space for NM, US, RT, and CVIT.
- Stgy 1.1.3. Pursue the acquisition of teaching resources, e.g., US phantoms, simulators and sealed sources.
- Stgy 1.1.4. Pursue the acquisition of additional clinical sites.
- Stgy 1.1.5. Pursue external funding for education at distant specialized clinical sites.
- Goal 1.2 The Department of Radiologic Sciences will continue to study and be responsive to professional workforce issues in each discipline.

- Stgy 1.4.2. Pursue accreditation of the CVIT track.
- Stgy 1.4.3. Complete the re-accreditation processes for radiography, radiation therapy, and nuclear medicine.

- Stgy 1.4.5. Develop and implement student learning outcome assessment processes.
